Revocation
1. statutory right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, or
- in the case of a single order of several goods that are delivered separately, on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the last goods.
In the case of pre-sale items, the withdrawal period only begins upon receipt of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail).
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs for a delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery chosen by you), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of your withdrawal.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of notification of revocation.
We will bear the costs of returning the goods within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, properties and functionality.
2. voluntary 30-day return policy
Irrespective of the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right of return for a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
You can return the goods to us within this period if:
- the goods are complete,
- it is in proper, functional condition,
- there are no excessive signs of use or damage,
- all accessories are included.
Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.
We will also bear the costs of returning the goods as part of the voluntary 30-day return policy.
Damaged or non-functional goods
The voluntary 30-day right of return does not apply to damaged or non-functional goods.
We reserve the right to return goods that are damaged, show signs of heavy use, are missing components or have functional impairments,
- to reject the redemption or
- deduct an appropriate amount of compensation from the refund amount.
The statutory right of withdrawal within the first 14 days remains unaffected by this.
3. exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are individually manufactured or clearly tailored to personal requirements.
Note: For body attachments (e.g. OOHM BODY or OOHM POINT), the voluntary 30-day return policy only applies if there has been no excessive use or hygienically questionable use.
